Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) – Canyoning Pyrenees Aude

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Canyoning Pyrenees Aude (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) and any individual or legal entity wishing to book a canyoning, rafting or hydrospeed activity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).

Booking an activity implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.


2. Activities Offered

The Organizer offers:

  • Rafting (discovery and full descent)
  • Canyoning (Galamus, Llech, etc.)
  • Hydrospeed and other white-water activities

All activities are supervised by state-certified guides.


3. Booking

3.1 Methods

Bookings can be made:

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the activity.


4. Prices

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
  • Prices may vary depending on the type of route, duration and time of year.
  • Any discounts (groups, children) are specified on the website or at the time of booking.

5. Payment

  • Secure online payment by credit card.
  • Bank transfer available upon request.
  • Any activity started is due in full.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 15 days before the activity: full refund of the deposit
  • Between 7 and 15 days before: 50% refund of the deposit
  • Less than 7 days before: no refund

6.2 Cancellation by the Organizer

The Organizer may cancel the activity due to:

  • Unfavorable weather conditions
  • Dangerous water levels
  • Any safety-related reason

In this case, a rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.


7. Client Obligations

The Client must:

  • Be in good health and physically fit
  • Follow all safety instructions given by the guide
  • Wear the provided equipment (wetsuit, helmet, life jacket)

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.


8. Liability

  • The Organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
  • The Organizer holds professional liability insurance.
  • The Client is responsible for their personal belongings.

9. Insurance

The Client is advised to ensure that their personal insurance covers outdoor and white-water activities.


10. Photos and Videos

  • The Organizer may take photos or videos during the activity.
  • These may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising materials).
  • The Client may object by informing the Organizer before the activity.

11. Disputes

  • These T&Cs are governed by French law.
  • In case of dispute, the Client shall first contact the Organizer to seek an amicable solution.
  • Failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Carcassonne.

12. Personal Data

  • Data collected is used solely for booking management and communication.
  • In accordance with GDPR, the Client may request access, modification or deletion of their data by contacting the Organizer.
